Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing ITOM solutions, with a strong background in IT operations management.

Roles and Responsibility

• Implement and manage ITOM solutions to improve operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.


• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITOM implementations.


• Provide training and support to end-users on ITOM tools and features.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM implementation and maintenance.


• Analyze business needs and recommend process improvements using ITOM best practices.

Job Requirements

• Experience in implementing and managing ITOM solutions is required.


• Strong understanding of IT operations management principles and practices.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.


• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its applications is preferred.
