Job Title: International Process Associate

Location: Indore

Experience : Fresher to 2 years

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week, Saturday and Sunday are fixed off

Process Type: International Process

We are hiring International Process Associates for a US-based healthcare process. The role involves contacting hospitals and

medical providers in the United States to collect Attending Physician Statements (APS) and medical records for customers

applying for medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls/Chats to US hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Request, follow up, and retrieve APS (medical records) for insurance applicants
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Ensure completeness and correctness of collected data
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients and medical staff
• Follow compliance and data privacy guidelines (HIPAA awareness preferred)
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
• Undergraduates and perusing candidates are not eligible.
• Good English communication skills (mandatory)
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings)
• Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

• Good verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
