Drive Partner-Led Growth
  • Own India targets for partner sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Activate demand generation through co-marketing, events, solution showcases, and industry aligned campaigns.
  • Expand Planview s footprint by identifying and onboarding new high potential partners.
Build & Scale Partner Capabilities
  • Collaborate with global enablement teams to uplift partner readiness across Planview s SPM, DPD, value stream management, and new AI solutions.
  • Launch structured onboarding programs to accelerate partner time to productivity.
  • Develop tailored training paths to increase certifications and solution expertise.
Operational & Program Excellence
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day governance of partner processes aligned with global standards.
  • Manage escalations, partner support, and cross-functional alignment across India and global teams.
  • Track and report partner performance with clear insights for leadership.
What Success Looks Like
  • Strong quarter-on-quarter increase in partner pipeline and influenced ARR
  • High adoption of Planview programs, AI capabilities, and enablement tracks
  • Faster partner onboarding and improved readiness scores
  • A thriving partner ecosystem that positions Planview as the category leader across India

As we enter a new era of AI first transformation under our new CEO, Planview is expanding its partner ecosystem in India and we re looking for a dynamic Alliance Manager to lead that charge.
The Opportunity
As Alliance Manager, you will own the growth of Planview s India partner ecosystem, working with GSIs, consulting firms, resellers, and emerging alliance players. You ll be accountable for partner sourced and partner influenced revenue , while also shaping the capability and readiness of key partners across India.

What Youll Bring
  • 8 12 years in Alliances, Channel, or Ecosystem roles within enterprise SaaS
  • Experience with GSIs, consulting partners, or portfolio management / agile / digital transformation platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting partner-driven revenue targets
  • Ability to influence across global teams and drive operational excellence
  • A high-energy, relationship-first mindset.
