What you ll do:

  • Partner with Account Managers to engage prospects and customers and help drive deals to successful close.
  • Lead technical conversations with customer and partner stakeholders, understanding both the business and IT context.
  • Deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and solutions that resonate with audiences ranging from end users to executives.
  • Design, implement, and summarize Proof-of-Concept (PoC) or pilot installations that solve real customer problems.
  • Manage responses for technical RFPs/RFIs, ensuring Ivanti s unique value is front and center.
  • Represent Ivanti as a technical expert at industry events, trade shows, and webinars including speaking to large audiences.
  • Collaborate with product, development, support, and professional services teams to create seamless handoffs and close product gaps with field insights.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years experience in presales engineering, systems engineering, or IT solution delivery (preferably for a software vendor or MSP).
  • 3+ years experience with enterprise software solutions, plus hands-on knowledge of UEM systems (Android, iOS, MacOS, and/or Windows 10/11).
  • Previous experience leading presales for Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Omnissa, or endpoint security solutions like Defender, McAfee, or Tenable.
  • Talented communicator known for delivering crisp presentations and translating complex IT topics into clear, accessible business language.
  • Analytical problem-solver with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and driving outcomes under time pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and project leadership skills, with the initiative to identify gaps and rally others to move forward.
  • Flexible to travel within your assigned territory.
  • Nice to have: Relevant certifications, experience supporting large/global organizations, or additional language skills.
