Job Description
Weare seeking a seasoned Senior Advisor Telecom Assurance & Risk with deep domain expertise in TMT (Telecom, Media & Technology) and astrong understanding of Business Assurance, Revenue Assurance, and Frauddomains. The role focuses on process re-engineering, risk analysis, andproviding high-value consulting insights and solutions to complex clientchallenges.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Bring broad and deep expertise in the TMT domain to assess business and operational risk areas.
- Lead end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives and perform risk analysis across assurance domains.
- Understand and evaluate Business Assurance, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud management concepts and frameworks.
- Apply knowledge of end-to-end BSS/OSS architectures and technologies to identify improvement opportunities.
- Leverage understanding of Customer Life Cycle, Order-to-Cash, and foundational revenue & cost accounting principles.
- Conduct research on new areas, emerging trends, and risks, and bring actionable insights to clients.
- Translate complex client problem statements into valuable, practical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and articulate insights clearly to stakeholders.
WhatWere Looking For:
- 15+ years of industry experience with a strong understanding of the TMT domain.
- Solid knowledge of Business Assurance, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud management.
- Experience in process re-engineering, risk analysis, and strategic solutioning.
- Familiarity with BSS/OSS architectures and telecom operational frameworks.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, order-to-cash flows, and basic revenue/cost accounting.
- Strong research capabilities and ability to produce high-value insights.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and articulation skills.
AddedAdvantage:
- Experience with RAFM or similar assurance systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exposure to industry bodies such as TM Forum, RAG, CFCA, or other leading communities.
- Process or quality certifications such as Six Sigma, eTOM, ITIL, etc.
