Job Description

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing
Well versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
Experience working with H1B, H1tranfers, EAD, US citizens, GC & OPT/CPT candidates.
Regular interaction with bench candidates and identifying their needs and getting them to projects accordingly.
Experience with full cycle of Sales, sourcing the best requirement, submitting the consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
Gathering requirements from Tire1 Vendors, clients, Job portals and other networking methods.
Good to Have H1B Amendment process & LCA Wages
