Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR generalist activities including employee lifecycle management.
Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, exit formalities, attendance, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Drive and manage performance management processes including appraisals and reviews.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement initiatives.
Support recruitment activities and coordinate with stakeholders for hiring needs.
Maintain HR documentation, policies, and audit readiness.
Key Requirements: 6 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience in performance management and employee lifecycle management.
Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills: Experience in IT/Service-based organizations.
Familiarity with HRMS tools - Keka and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
