Roles Responsibilities

Consumer Marketing Analytics

• Lead and deliver Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives to assess media effectiveness, ROI optimization, and budget allocation.

• Design and implement consumer segmentation frameworks (behavioral, attitudinal, demographic, needs-based) to drive targeted marketing and personalization strategies.

• Develop advanced consumer insights using transaction, panel, digital, and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Kantar).

• Partner with marketing, brand, and commercial teams to convert analytics insights into measurable business impact.

Analytics Leadership Delivery

• Own end-to-end analytics delivery including problem definition, data exploration, modeling, validation, and storytelling.

• Review and guide advanced analytical approaches including regression models, time-series analysis, clustering, and causal inference.

• Ensure analytical rigor, scalability, and best practices across analytics solutions.

Stakeholder Business Engagement

• Act as a trusted analytics advisor to senior business stakeholders.

• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations.

• Influence decision-making by linking analytics insights directly to business KPIs and outcomes.

Team Capability Building

• Mentor and guide junior analysts and data scientists.

• Contribute to building analytics accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets for MMM and segmentation use cases.

• Support presales, solutioning, and thought leadership initiatives in consumer and marketing analytics.
