Job Description
Senior Software Engineer (AI-Agentic Workflows)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to accelerate our Agentic Coding in building the SaaS product in the fast growing marketing space. In this role, you will bring your well rounded experience to architect and orchestrate fully autonomous AI agents. You will utilize best of the class AI coding tooling such as Claude Code and persistent agent setups like OpenClaw while keeping the code quality at high level using automated testing and self-healing deployments.
Requirements:
Core Engineering Skills
- Full-Stack Architecture: Expert proficiency in modern web frameworks and backend ecosystems
- Technical Stack:
- Web development - ReactJS, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, StoryBook, CSS/SASS, GraphQL,Java
- Caching/in-memory-db (Redis)
- Databases: Postgres/MariaDB/MySQL
- REST APIs - micro services
- Vector Database (Pinecone, Postgres, Qdrant)
- Kafka
- AWS - S3, CDN,
- Cloud & DevOps: Professional experience with Docker, Kubernetes,Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) . Knowledge of Hostinger or Contabo would be a plus.
- Advanced Test-Driven Development (TDD): Mastery of unit, integration, and E2E testing (Jest, Cypress, Pytest, Playwright).
- Security First: Strong understanding of prompt injection risks and secure data handling when interfacing LLMs with production codebases. Experience with SOC2 setup would be a plus
AI-Agentic Proficiency
- Claude Code (CLI): knowledge of Claude code and command line interface for code automation and testing, refactoring, repository-wide refactoring, complex bug hunting, and feature implementation.
- Agent Orchestration: To solve business problems using setting up and managing OpenClaw or Claude Remote for persistent, 24/7 background coding tasks and secure remote approvals.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP): Ability to architect, build, and extend MCP servers to securely connect AI agents with internal databases, proprietary APIs, and cloud file systems.
- Advanced Context Engineering: Project guardrails to standardize agent behavior and enforce architectural integrity across the team.
- Integrations: Experience in building integrations with third-party APIs, authentication.
Professional Experience
- Senior Leadership: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in a Web development, REST APIs, database layer, caching and queuing technologies
- AI Implementation: knowledge of integrating agentic tools (Claude Code, OpenClaw, or similar) into professional development workflows.
- Mentorship: Ability to define "AI-Native" coding standards and mentor junior developers on using agents effectively and safely.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Custom Tooling: Building custom CLI tools or MCP servers to bridge the gap between AI models and internal infrastructure.
AI Safety & Auditing: Specialized experience in "Human-in-the-loop" auditing for large-scale, agent-generated PR
Certifications are mandatory in any of these below HackerRank and LeetCode CodeSignal, Codewars, Exercism, Topcoder
