Job Description
GenAI Development Experience:
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
- Proven ability to leverage GenAI tools to accelerate software development workflows
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) into enterprise applications
Agent System Development:
- Strong experience in building Agentic AI systems and autonomous agents for SDLC automation
- Knowledge of agent orchestration patterns and multi-agent workflows
- Experience designing agents for code review, testing, and deployment processes
AI/ML Fundamentals:
- Understanding of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Understanding of vector databases and embedding models
- Familiarity with AI model integration and API consumption patterns
Core Development Skills:
- Strong proficiency in React.js/ Java (Spring Boot)/.NET (ASP.NET Core) for enterprise applications
- Experience building full-stack web applications with modern frontend and backend architectures
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration
Technical Infrastructure:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture patterns
Enterprise Development:
- Experience with enterprise software patterns, security practices, and scalability considerations
- Understanding of software testing, code quality, and documentation standards
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative development practices
