Job Summary:

: Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the technical architecture and delivery of a CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) transformation program. This role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end technical solution, guiding the development team, and ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with business requirements.  The Technical Lead will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs and ensure successful delivery.

Job Description:

Key Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, Integrations)

Solid expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ architecture

Proven experience as a Technical Lead on Salesforce implementations

Ability to design scalable and secure technical architectures

Experience with CPQ to RCA migration or transformation programs

Strong knowledge of:

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

REST/SOAP APIs & integration patterns

Data modeling and large data volume handling

Experience in defining:

Technical design documents (TDD)

Integration architecture

Data migration strategies

Ability to collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Strong experience in code reviews, performance optimization, and best practices enforcement

Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
