Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Employment Type: Contract (67 Months Project)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Associates to join our high-performing sales team. This role primarily involves telesales, where you will engage with potential customers from provided leads, explain GrayQuests offerings, and convert applications into successful sales.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, target-focused, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

• Achieve the highest possible conversion rates from assigned applications

• Make 150200 outbound calls daily with quick turnaround time

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs

• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing

• Achieve 90% customer renewal rate from existing GrayQuest customers

Cross-Selling

• Cross-sell term insurance plans

• Achieve a minimum of 20 insurance sales per month

CRM & Reporting

• Accurately track leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools

• Maintain timely and detailed documentation of customer interactions

Collaboration

• Work closely with sales teams and internal departments to improve sales processes

• Share customer feedback, market insights, and improvement suggestions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate from any stream

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales or a related role

• Prior insurance sales experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
