Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. Responsible for accurately verifying the benefits for the patient appointments.
Insurance verification for patients to confirm coverage and benefits prior to services rendered.
Responsible for effective and efficient verification of all patients benefits before their appointment.
Making calls to insurance company to verify the patient benefits
Ability to handle inbound and patient calls
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Managed care plans.
Familiar with insurance portals like Availity, UHC, etc.,
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong knowledge in basic excels
