Job Description

Set and achieve regional business targets for loan disbursement and recovery. Identify new branch locations and ensure infrastructure readiness. Conduct regular branch visits (monthly or surprise checks) to ensure operational discipline Strengthen customer relationship management, especially with women entrepreneurs in rural areas.                                        Coordinate with HR for recruitment, manpower planning, and attrition control. Conduct interviews for branch-level staff (Customer Service Executives, Assistant Managers, Managers).
