Job Description

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to drive Home Loan and LAP business through DSA and connector channels.

The candidate will be responsible for building strong sourcing networks and generating mortgage business through channel partners, property brokers, builders, and connectors.

Key Responsibilities

Generate Home Loan & LAP business through DSA partners and connectors

Identify, empanel, and manage DSA partners, builders, and property brokers

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners

Generate leads through open market sourcing

Achieve monthly sales targets

Ensure proper documentation and loan file login

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Home Loan / LAP sales

Experience in Affordable Housing / Small Ticket Mortgage Loans

Experience working with DSA partners / connectors

Strong network with brokers or real estate agents

Good communication and relationship management skills
