Job Description-
Client Acquisition && Relationship management
Acquire new clients from open-market sourcing.
Manage the client book across retail, mass affluent, and emerging HNI segments.
Act as a trusted wealth advisor
Product-Led Wealth Advisory (Core Focus)
Understand client goals, risk appetite, time horizon, and liquidity needs.
Recommend and distribute a diversified product suite, including:
o Mutual Funds (SIP && lump sum)
o Portfolio Management
o Alternate Investment Funds (AIF)
o Bonds && Fixed Income solutions
o Insurance
o Structured / thematic products (as approved)
Drive asset allocation-based conversations.
AUM Building && Wallet Share Expansion
Own net new AUM targets for the client book.
Increase product penetration and average AUM per client.
Convert idle cash and trading-only clients into long-term investment products.
Focus on recurring AUM (SIPs, long-term allocations) rather than one-time transactions.
Client Engagement && Retention
Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and goal-tracking discussions.
Proactively engage clients during market volatility to prevent churn.
Ensure high service standards and timely resolution of client queries.
Build long-term stickiness through consistent advisory touchpoints.
Monitoring && Reporting
Maintain daily and weekly reports on client acquisition, product sales, and revenue generation.
Track activation, trading volumes, and product penetration for all sourced clients.
Share regular performance updates with Sales/Branch Manager.
Education:Graduate in any discipline (minimum qualification).
Experience:2-3 years of experience in Wealth Mgmt, Private Banking or Investment Advisory, Broking, BFSI Sales, or Investment Product Sales.Experience in product distribution preferred over pure broking roles
Skills & Competencies:
Technical / Product Skills
Strong understanding of wealth products: MF, AIF, Bonds, Insurance.
Basic knowledge of asset allocation and portfolio construction.
Ability to explain complex products in simple, client-friendly language.
Behavioural Skills
Consultative selling mindset (advisor, not trader).
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
High ownership, discipline, and long-term orientation.
Comfort with targets linked to AUM and retention.
