Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle and execute production based on Measurement Sheets accurately
- Coordinate with Planning and Store departments for material procurement
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and machinery
- Ensure production processes to achieve quality and timeline targets
- Follow Orthotists instructions and technical specifications precisely
- Perform quality checks to ensure defect-free output
- Minimize wastage and reduce rework in production
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with Production In-charge and team members
- Ensure proper maintenance of machines and tools
- Participate in daily review meetings
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, material sourcing, and technology implementation.
Strong technical understanding of orthopedic and comfort footwear production.
Established network of suppliers and equipment manufacturers (national and international).
Experience with factory setup, production optimization, and sourcing strategy.
