Job Description
1. Follow the policies.
2. Ready to work extra as and when required or as instructed by the superiors.
3. Follow all GMP procedure while working in company & in company premises.
4. Responsible to check that all the activities are carried out as per the SOP
5. Responsible to provide the facilities or store related capital things with the help of management.
6. Responsible to cross check and authorize the store MIP & other ERP transactions.
7. Responsible to train and educate the staff related to the SOP as well as general practices.
8. Control the spillages and losses.
9. Responsible to review and implement the SOPs related to the stores.
10. Responsible to face the stock, regulatory and customer audits with the help of officers / Executives.
11. Responsible to minimize the non-compliances in stores.
12. Responsible to submit the conformance with the help of Officers / Executive.
13. Co-ordination / communication between inter department Quality, Production, Commercial, maintenance, purchase, HR etc.
14. Cross check the excess or low inventory if any and instruct to maintain the minimum as well as maximum inventory level to the Officers / Executives.
15. Collect and verify the data of short expiry, nonmoving, old version, obsolete stock from officer / executive and highlight it to the management and take continuous follow up to liquidate the same.
16. Take the internal inventory as well as quality checking round.
17. Responsible to authorize the leave of store staff as well as worker and take care that work related to them is not hampering.
18. Assign work allocation to the officer / executive and take feedback of same.
19. Responsible to handle the emergencies or spillages in stores.
20. Responsible to shuffle the manpower as well as staff / worker as per requirement.
21. Responsible to give the RMPM status against pending plan and new plan to the SCM / PPC.
22. Take the follow up with purchase department for the pending MRS.
23. Responsible to cross check the destruction of material as well as scrap.
24. Responsible to prepare and present the monthly review council (MRC) data.
