Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing customers.

Renew insurance policies of existing customers.

Explain policy benefits, renewal offers, and coverage details.

Convince customers and close renewals effectively.

Achieve renewal and retention targets.

Update customer details and renewal status accurately.

Shift Timings & Week Offs:

Rotational Shifts:
9:00 AM 6:30 PM & 10:00 AM 7:30 PM (Any 9.5 hrs shift)
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week-Offs
