Job Description

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day pharmacy functions, including inpatient/outpatient services, opening/closing, and maintaining cleanliness and organization

Inventory & Purchasing: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage procurement, and oversee proper storage of drugs, including controlled substances

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pharmaceutical activities comply with local laws, drug licenses, and safety standards, handling internal/external audits

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop the pharmacy team, including pharmacists and assistants
