Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to our domestic clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer problems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Patience and a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
