We are looking for a passionate and driven Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team at Manipal Hospitals!

What You'll Do:.
- To initiate and implement actions towards cost savings by alternate vendors or products or by the means of renegotiating.
- To add and maintain quality vendors based on their performance and market feedback.
- To close user requirements at unit with proper approvals and as per SOP. Negotiations and comparative to be done. Arrange within TAT and update to user.
- GRN Should be completed as per TAT. GRN of all service orders, bills after proper approvals and as per SOP. No PO regularization and post facto POs unless exceptions are approved.
- Every month end Open GRIR should be 0.0 & all required details to be shared with Finance team as per request .
- Maintain monthly unit budget and provide provisions to Finance.
- Documentation & Audit NCs
- Reports/Trackers Published Periodically (GRNs, Capex tracker) to be submitted as per the CPU Instructions
- Review with internal customers and external customers
- To ensure enrolment and completion of necessary Training Programs to improve competency level
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in procurement management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of purchase vendor development, purchase management, procurement management, purchase operations, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with vendors.
