Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Visit the field daily to meet students, parents, education consultants, colleges, and referral partners
- Generate leads through direct interactions, institutional tie-ups, and local networking
- Explain educational loan products, eligibility, documentation, and processes to clients
- Convert leads into sanctioned and disbursed loans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and educational institutes
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or reporting tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with credit/ops teams to ensure smooth processing and closure
- Conduct promotional activities, seminars, and campus visits when required
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong field sales and lead generation capability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of educational loan products (domestic & abroad preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with daily travel
KPIs / Success Metrics:
- Number of daily field visits
- Leads generated and converted
- Loan disbursement value
- Partner/institution onboarding
