Job Description
Role: Power BI & Tableau Admin
Experience: 5-7 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid 4 Days Working from Office)
Shift Timing: 02:00 PM 11:00 PM
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 15 Days Max
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Power BI & Tableau Admin with strong expertise in BI platform administration, dashboard development, and enterprise analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Power BI administration, Tableau Server/Cloud management, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise reporting solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Power BI Administration including DAX, Power Query (M), semantic models, and dataflows
Experience with deployment pipelines and XMLA endpoints
Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric including capacities, workspaces, OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse
Knowledge of Power Platform basics including Power Automate integration and DLP awareness
Experience in Tableau Administration including Tableau Server/Cloud, permissions, projects, schedules, and extracts
Hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard and data-source development
Strong understanding of BI governance, reporting, and analytics platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Handle Power BI administration including workspaces, governance, deployments, and security
Build scalable data models using DAX, Power Query (M), semantic models, and dataflows
Manage deployment pipelines and XMLA-based operations
Work on Microsoft Fabric including capacities, workspaces, OneLake, and Dataflows Gen2
Administer Tableau Server/Cloud including permissions, schedules, projects, and extract refreshes
Develop Tableau dashboards and manage published data sources
Integrate Power Platform tools like Power Automate with BI workflows
Ensure data security, performance optimization, and compliance standards
Good to Have:
Experience with enterprise BI architecture and governance frameworks
Performance tuning and optimization experience
Exposure to version control and DevOps practices
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
