Job Description
- Strong expertise in Ericsson ENM Fault Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), Configuration Management (CM)
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson eNodeB and gNodeB configuration and optimization
- Proficiency in 4G & 5G KPI analysis using Ericsson ENM PM counters and reports
- Real-Time Network Monitoring
- Monitor 4G LTE and 5G NR network performance using Ericsson ENM and Power BI
- Track and analyze critical KPIs such as Accessibility, Retainability, Integrity, and Load Balancing
- Identify network degradation, congestion hotspots, and performance anomalies in real time
- RF Optimization & Parameter Management
- Execute RF parameter changes directly in Ericsson ENM to address KPI degradations
- Perform parameter audits, neighbor audits, and configuration baseline reviews
- KPI Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Conduct accurate and timely root cause analysis of degraded RF KPIs
- Utilize Ericsson ENM reports, PM counters, and FM alarms for rapid diagnosis
- Correlate alarms, counters, and configuration data for effective troubleshooting
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced, time-critical environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with customer and internal teams
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple cells and sites simultaneously
- Prior experience in special event network management or mass gathering deployments
- Working knowledge of Power BI
We are hiring skilled RAN Network Monitoring & Optimization Engineers with hands-on experience in Ericsson technologies, specializing in 4G LTE and 5G NR networks.
Locations: Noida, Gurugram, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune
Compensation: As per interview and experience
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Ericsson ENM (Ericsson Network Manager), in-depth understanding of RAN parameters, and the ability to perform real-time KPI analysis and RF optimization in high-pressure, event-driven environments.
This role requires flexibility to work in night shifts and weekends, based on project requirements.
