To assist Marketing Officials of NBFC/MFI in sourcing business, Managing Bank Branches & follow-ups from the Branch Heads, To train and motivate them to achieve monthly budgets.
Underwent training and briefing and spent lot of time understanding the company business and operations. Established relationships with key existing clients.
Documentation and maintain Branchs MIS and Customer Database.
Forecasting periodic sales targets (quarterly, monthly & weekly) & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & monitoring frontline sales team to achieve them.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Mapping clients requirements & providing expert advisory services.
Supervising customer service operations for rendering quality services; providing first line customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues for finalizing sales, ensuring minimum TAT.
Assessing feedback, evaluating & providing critical feedback on areas of improvements.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth and corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms
