As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring that applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and technical specifications.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
