Job Title
SAP Vistex DMR L2 / L3 Application Support (Master Data Management)
Role Summary
The SAP Vistex DMR L2/L3 Support Specialist is responsible for providing operational and advanced application support for Vistex DMR based master data management processes supporting Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance master data. The role ensures data accuracy, governance, and system stability across integrated SAP landscapes in a 24x7 AMS delivery model for a global manufacturing client.

Key Responsibilities
Vistex DMR Application Support (Primary Scope)
- Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and escalations related to Vistex DMR master data processes
- Support create, change, extension, and validation workflows for Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance master data
- Troubleshoot and resolve DMR workflow failures, approval issues, validation errors, and data replication problems
- Monitor and support DMR interfaces with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and downstream consuming systems
- Assist with data corrections, mass updates, reprocessing, and exception handling within approved governance rules
SAP Master Data (Supporting Scope)
- Support SAP master data consistency across Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, and Finance/CoA objects
- Analyze data quality issues and coordinate with business and data governance teams for resolution
- Support MDM related batch jobs, data loads, and background processing
- Participate in data cleansing, archiving, and master data stabilization activities
L3 / Advanced Support & Governance
- Act as L3 SME for complex DMR configuration issues, integration defects, and recurring MDM incidents
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring master data issues
- Support change requests, minor enhancements, and configuration updates within Vistex DMR
- Maintain and update runbooks, SOPs, KT artifacts, and operational documentation
- Support audits by providing data lineage, approval history, and master data correction evidence

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong hands on experience with SAP Vistex DMR
- Solid understanding of SAP Master Data domains Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance
- Experience supporting MDM workflows, validations, approval frameworks, and interfaces
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC / S/4HANA master data architecture
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and AMS processes
Experience
- L2: 46 years in SAP MDM / Vistex DMR application support
- L3: 710+ years in enterprise scale MDM / Vistex implementations
- Experience supporting manufacturing or complex global SAP landscapes preferred
Certifications (Preferred)
- SAP Master Data / SAP S/4HANA Certification
- Vistex functional or technical certification (if available)
- ITIL Foundation
