On-time and in-budget execution of Kavach projects for Indian Railways
2.0 Functions to be performed by the person holding this role:
2.1 Execute the project work in assigned project through locally identified and qualified contractors
2.2 Assemble the team of engineers required for execution of the Kavach project
2.3 Maintain quality and safety of project execution, according to standards defined by Indian Railways contracts
2.4 Coordinate with other HBL teams to ensure timely availability of required inputs
2.5 Maintain control on execution costs, to achieve planned profitability
3.0 Educational qualifications:
3.1 Graduate degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
4.0 Experience:
4.1 10 to 15 years experience, with at least three years in a managerial position in execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
5.0 Target industries:
5.1 Power sector
5.2 Railways
5.3 Oil & Gas
5.4 Engineering construction (highways, airports, factories etc)
6.0 Compensation:
6.1 Rs 18 to 24 lakhs per annum, on a TCC basis
7.0 Type of employment:
7.1 3-year tenure contracts, renewed based on performance
