Job Title: Senior Frontend React JS Developer (Remote India)

Remote Anywhere in India

Immediate to short notice joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend React JS Developer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be frontend-focused with hands-on React expertise and basic backend exposure, capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code
• Integrate frontend components with backend systems via REST APIs
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure efficient data flow and performance
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and UI inconsistencies
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews)
• Ensure adherence to clean code and modern frontend architecture principles

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Frontend Development
• Strong expertise in React / ReactJS
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience with API integration (REST services)
• Basic backend exposure using Node.js / Java / Python
• Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Solid understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in performance optimization and security best practices
• Experience working in remote/distributed teams
