Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide production support for applications deployed on AWS cloud platform.
Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, availability, and scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support role.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident management) and ITSM principles.
Proficiency in working with AWS cloud platform (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E. or B.C.A.).
