Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.

Leverage Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Dataflows) for data ingestion, transformation, and integration to enable trusted, analytics-ready data.

Deliver end-to-end migration of Tableau reports and dashboards to Power BI, ensuring functional parity, optimized data models/DAX, and a consistent user experience and performance.

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

Implement and enforce BI best practices, governance, and performance optimization standards.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and quality assurance.

Stay current with advancements in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to drive innovation and efficiency in BI delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:69 years of proven experience in Power BI development and business intelligence.

Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Dataflows) for ETL/data integration.

Hands-on experience migrating Tableau dashboards to Power BI with high accuracy and performance.

Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI data modeling.

Proficiency in SQL with ability to write and optimize complex queries.

Familiarity with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

Certification in Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.

Exposure to Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, or other BI/ETL tools.

Knowledge of modern data architecture and governance practices.

Strong experience in developing and optimizing large-scale, complex BI reports Expertise in advanced BI report development concepts like DAX, data modeling, etc.

Experience in performance optimization and scalability of BI reports Familiarity with serverless architecture and cloud-based development Experience in leading teams of BI reports developers and providing technical guidance.
