As an Application Developer, your typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. You will engage in understanding project needs, collaborating with team members to develop solutions, and ensuring that the applications function effectively within the intended environment. Your role is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and adaptability to evolving project demands while contributing to the overall success of the software development lifecycle.Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting application designs and configurations to facilitate team understanding and future maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide input on application feasibility and improvements.Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Japanese to support application development and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with software development principles and lifecycle processes.
- Basic understanding of application configuration and deployment practices.
- Capability to work with development tools and environments relevant to application building.
