Job Description

We are looking for an Indirect Buyer with AP background to support on PO management & invoice/payment resolution.

Requirements:

High level of English
Proactivity
Good communication skills
Good time management and planning skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

RFQs to suppliers
PO creation & confirmation
Open PO management
Resolution of invoice holds
Support with payment claims
Account reconciliations
Reporting activities
Vendor onboarding
