Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Global HCM Systems (Workday)
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, highly motivated Functional Product Manager to join our Global HCM Systems team. This role is critical for driving the design and delivery of HCM technical solutions for both US and international markets. You will act as the primary Workday Product Owner, bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the Functional SME for Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules.
- Product Ownership: Lead the product roadmap for Total Rewards, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence.
- Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into innovative, scalable system designs.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and boundary system owners to speed up the development process.
- Quality & Testing: Oversee QA testing and integrations prior to business testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with HR leadership and serve as the conduit between functional owners and software developers.
- Lifecycle Support: Provide "hyper-care" support post-go-live and troubleshoot critical issues in high-pressure situations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 8+ years of HR experience as a functional lead or systems analyst on major global projects.
- Workday Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
- Core HR Cycles: Proven experience supporting Annual Compensation cycles, including merit and bonus plans.
- Reporting & Security: Proficiency in creating advanced reports and configuring security within functional modules.
- Integration Knowledge: Understanding of how Workday integrates with third-party benefit solution vendors.
- Technical Ecosystem: Experience with ServiceNow or similar cloud-based business applications.
- Process Mapping: Strong ability to analyze and document complex business processes and system flowcharts.
- Education: Bachelors Degree is required.
- Certifications: Certifications in Workday, AWS, or ServiceNow are highly preferred.
