Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Operate and maintain chocolate moulding machines for optimal production.
  • Monitor and control the quality of chocolate products during production.
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with chocolate moulding equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.

Job Requirements
  • ITI qualification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in chocolate mould operations.
  • Ability to work 8 hours plus 4 hours of overtime per day.
  • Strong knowledge of chocolate moulding processes and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
