Responsibilities:

 

• Plan, manage, and optimize transportation and distribution operations

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities

• Ensure timely delivery of goods while controlling logistics costs

• Manage relationships with transporters, vendors, and freight partners

• Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery issues

• Oversee warehouse-to-customer distribution processes

• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies

• Prepare logistics budgets and control expenses

• Analyze logistics performance and improve efficiency

• Implement logistics software, ERP, and tracking systems

• Manage logistics team and assign daily tasks

• Handle documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and shipping records

• Manage returns, damages, and reverse logistics

• Plan route optimization for faster and cost-effective deliveries

• Maintain reports on transportation, costs, and delivery performance
