Job Opening: QA Engineer (Automation) | 46 Years

Location: Vadodra
Experience: 4-6 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer (Automation) with strong experience in automation testing and a solid understanding of QA processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high product quality through manual and automated testing.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams
• Identify, track, and report bugs effectively
• Enhance automation frameworks and testing practices
• Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct API testing using Postman or Rest Assured
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, sprint planning, etc.)
• Support and mentor junior QA team members

 

Required Skills

• 46 years of experience in QA/Software Testing
• Minimum 2+ years in Automation Testing
• Hands-on with tools like Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
• Experience in API testing (Postman / Rest Assured)
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java / Python / JavaScript)
• Familiarity with frameworks like TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps)
• Good understanding of Git
• Experience working in Agile environments

 

Good to Have

• Experience in performance testing (JMeter / Locust)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Basic knowledge of mobile testing (Appium)
• Understanding of security testing fundamentals
