Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, LAN., Wi-fi , IP telephony, meeting room AV/ VC systems.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools and techniques.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as servers, workstations, and peripherals.
  
• Collaborate with Vendors and internal teams to identify root causes of recurring issues , implement solutions and preventive maintenance and escalation management .
  
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets ,user requests and service tickets while supporting user onboarding , training and basic IT awareness .
