Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to design and scale Agentic workflows and RAG-based applications.
You will bridge the gap between core backend engineering and the latest in LLM/SLM orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Architect complex, stateful AI agents using LangGraph and implement MCP for tool integration.
Manage asynchronous task processing using RabbitMQ.
Optimize RAG pipelines and SQL databases (Postgres) for low-latency data retrieval.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Backend: Expert-level Python, FastAPI, and SQL (Postgres).
Orchestration: Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph and tool-calling frameworks.
Messaging: Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers for distributed systems.
SLMs: Deep understanding of prompting, tool chaining, and Small Language Model implementation.

Preferred (Optional) Skills: Experience with Big Data ecosystems (Data Lakes, Warehouses). Familiarity with MLOps practices (Model monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and deployment).
