- 4+ yrs hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA / SSM operations.
- Good understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM).
- Knowledge of provisioning concepts, roles, entitlements, and access request workflows.
- Ability to analyze Saviynt job logs, workflow logs, and connector logs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to provisioning failures and workflow issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Databases, or SaaS app integrations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for operational data analysis (preferred).
- Understanding of SoD, governance controls, and compliance requirements.
- Good to Have
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Basic familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs (reading logs, payload validation).
- Knowledge of CyberArk, Okta, Azure IAM, or SailPoint (cross-skill advantage).
- Saviynt certification or IAM-specific certifications.
