Position : Senior Technical Lead Data Platforms (Insurance Domain)
Experience : 8 - 10 Years (2+ years in Lead role preferred)
Location : Bangalore (Indiranagar)
Role : Full Time (Permanent Role)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Technical Lead Data Platforms who will act as a bridge between client requirements and technical teams. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, designing scalable data solutions, and guiding the development team to deliver high-quality outputs.
You will play a key role in understanding business needs, designing solutions, and breaking them down into actionable tasks for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to understand requirements and define technical solutions
- Design and architect data platform solutions using Azure & Snowflake
- Break down complex requirements into clear development tasks
- Manage and prioritize backlog using Agile (JIRA)
- Lead daily stand-ups and ensure smooth project execution
- Mentor team members and review code quality
- Ensure best practices in data modeling (dbt), Snowflake optimization, and frontend development
- Support development of data-driven portals using React / Streamlit
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Azure (ADF / Databricks)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Good knowledge of dbt (data build tool)
- Experience in React or Streamlit
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering concepts
- Experience with Agile / Scrum and JIRA
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in Insurance domain (policy/claims data)
- Experience in building data governance or analytics platforms
