Assistant Manager/ Manager- Digital Banking @ Suryoday Small Finance

Design/develop and manage whole customer journey, manage the overall cross-product backlog for solution requirements, drive alignment across teams and communicate status and progress.
Creating digital user journeys on CASA, deposit, loan and other products offering of the bank.
Evaluating new fintech partners on project viability in terms of commercial viability and scaling opportunities.
Adhering the regulatory guidelines/ process/risk/compliance framework of the bank while crafting digital journeys
Defining and continually refining product features by taking inputs from business leaders .
Translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirement document/user stories and acceptance test criteria
Creating well-articulated BRDs/PRDs for tech development
Day to day managing tech requirements of the partners and liaising with internal teams to provide seamless support in taking project live in stipulated timelines
Defining and executing the deployment plan.
Continuous engagement with fintech channel partners to deliver the entire integration in time
