Candidates should have good knowledge of IT sales / marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills Selling our online HR / Payroll software to corporate clientsby assessing their business requirementsover the phone , over the web or by email. Follow up with the clientsonce the sales team is involved. Achieving sales targets through the acquisitionof new clients. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals , telephonecanvassing , and internet mining. Helping the clients tounderstand various product offeringsand solutions available with business HRStop.com. Building and managingstrong relationships with customers.Candidate Profile Positive attitude - confident / self- motivated Excellent oral and written communication skills : English / Hindi Must be computer / internet savvy Ability to work under pressure Good Analytics / Sale Aptitude
