Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and develop user-centered design principles, methods, and processes to improve product usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize usability issues, creating actionable recommendations for improvement.
Conduct heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and other usability testing methods to inform design decisions.
Develop prototypes and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

7-10 years of experience in Usability Engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of human factors engineering (HFE) principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar visual design software.
