Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Call Centre Associate to join our dynamic team at Manipal Hospitals!

What You'll Do:

Receiving Online Leads & Converting Leads against target Leads.
Achieve Cash & TPA revenue
Tracking effectiveness of appointment calls received from various portals as per defined TAT
IP conversion rate from IP leads
Generating OP to IP coversion over digital platforms as per defined TAT
IP leads to be increased as per defined budget
