Role & responsibilities
As a Software Engineer - L1 NOC Support at Incedo, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to clients for network and infrastructure issues. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will work to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You will be skilled in troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues and have experience with tools such as Wireshark and Ping.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitoring and responding to network and system alerts
Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests
Escalating issues to higher-level support teams as needed
Developing and maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in NOC support
