Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls in a professional manner.
Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, and exchanges through effective communication skills.
Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company for quality standards, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Job Requirements :

0-12 years of experience in Any environment . Grad Freshers are welcome.
Good knowledge of upselling/sales techniques .
Strong English language proficiency with excellent verbal communication skills.
