Job Description
This is ICICI Bank Ltd. (Bank On-Roll/Pay-Roll) Job opportunity under the "Source-Train-Deploy" model.
Source: Candidates who successfully Pass/Clear the Aptitude Test & Interview Rounds will undergo for 15 Days (2 Week) Campus/Residential Training with ICICI Banks Training Partners at Mumbai Location.
Train: During 15 days campus training candidates will get Accommodation (Lodging) & Fooding facilities free of cost.
Deploy: Candidates who have successfully complete the Training Program will be placed at ICICI Bank Branch.
No, any kind of fee or charges candidate have to pay at any stage.

Job Grade: Assistant Manager M-1
Job Location: Ujjain, Vidisha, Dhar, Ratlam, Chhindwara, Rajgarh, Mandsaur, Betul, Sehore and 11+ more cities (We have requirements all over the Madhya Pradesh)
Note: Job location will be offered as per candidates residential city or nearest city, candidate must be ready to relocate as per job Postings/Locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential customers in the branchs catchment area to open new savings, current, and salary accounts.
- Field Activities: Conducting local market mapping and outdoor sales visits to offices, small businesses, and households.
- Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling: Deepening existing relationships by offering additional products such as fixed deposits (FD), recurring deposits (RD), insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring all account openings adhere to RBI norms, including mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
- Digital Activation: Assisting new customers with mobile banking, UPI linkage, and net banking setup to ensure account activity.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, or candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) in any stream is mandatory. ICICI often excludes candidates with MBA, BE, or B.Tech degrees for this specific frontline role.
- Age Limit: Typically up to 25 years at the time of application.
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal communication in English and the local language.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills to meet monthly sales targets.
- Comfort with field work and local travel.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual CTC: Typically ranges from 2.50 Lakhs to 3.00 Lakhs for entry-level roles, though it can vary by location (Urban, Semi Urban & Rural Cities).
- Incentives: High potential for monthly performance-based incentives beyond the fixed salary.
- Other Benefits: Includes Mediclaim, Provident Fund (PF), and Gratuity as per organizational rules.
