About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and help them choose the right courses/programs. The role involves understanding student needs, counselling them, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp, video calls, or face-to-face meetings
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain student database and CRM updates
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any field
• 0-5 years of experience in counselling / inside sales / edtech
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with targets and sales-driven environment
